4. All downloadable and printable material are granted for personal use only

5. Dinesh academy owns the right to implement any kind of addition or modification to its content, process, or terms and conditions without any prior notices.

6. For the betterment of LMS and the website, Dinesh academy might provide real-time updates, add or delete features, or functionality services. However, you agree that we are not obligated to provide these updates, and any enhancements will be subject to this Agreement

Career Assistance

7. In order to achieve the job assistance services to their full-fledged, the user needs to share a few of their personal information. But it will be used solely for screening and decision-making during training and hiring Users need to keep their data updated for job assistance services. Dinesh academy will not take responsibility for any interference or flows in job assistance services that happened due to incompetent/ outdated information provided by the candidate.

Payment and refund T&C:

11. Refunds: Requests for refunds, course cancellations, and loan cancellations will not be considered if submitted after fifteen (15) days from the payment date. This applies irrespective of the payment method employed, Including credit card EMis, partner loans, bank transfers, UPI, and others.

INTERNSHIP: 12. Emergency Extensions: Students facing personal emergencies can request a break of up to three (3) months from live sessions. Dinesh academy will extend live sessions access for the same period. However, students using EMI payments (Loan/credit card) must continue their EMI payments

13.After this period of 15 days, any kind of refund or loan cancellation request will not be accepted on any grounds.

Note: In extreme emergency cases", Dinesh academy can grant the 1-month EMI skip. But this skipped EMI will be added to your last EMI.

"The definition of an emergency case is situational and Dinesh academy owns the full right to cross-check for the validity of the same. In case the candidate fails to submit valid proof/ reason, no concession will be possible.

BANK - 14.In the case of a loan and credit card EMI payment, only 90% of your payment can be refunded. The rest of the 10% will be charged as processing fees by our payment partner

"Dinesh academy only helps users to avail the loan from third-party partners like propelid, bajaj finance, shopse, liquiloans etc but does not own any liabilities for any kind of inconvenience that happened the same.

15.The refund amount will be refunded within 7 working days once it has been processed. In the case of international transactions, it may take up to 15 days.

Usage of website and LMS

16. Tampering with network traffic, attempting to hack, attempting to edit HTML source code, and uploading any unauthenticated files and spam links will be considered a security breach. The concerned user will be immediately blocked (permanently).

17. Accepting these terms and conditions supersedes any past or contemporaneous written or oral agreements, and you may also be subject to additional Terms and Conditions at the time of use or purchase.

18. Registration on the Dinesh academy course offers your consent to receive time-to-time updates and notifications about our latest product, services, and other relevant information via mall and text messages from us or our partners.

19.The acceptance of all the terms and conditions implies that the concerned candidates have understood all the provided rules and regulations, and Dinesh academy reserves the right to terminate the concerned candidate at any time without communicating the reason in case any mishap occurs.

These Terms apply to Dinesh academy-hosted mobile apps, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, Instagram pages, Facebook pages, emall/SMS/phone communications, and other social media forums that are deemed to be part of the "Platform' by reference. We have several affiliations/partnerships with third-party service providers to better our website/service performance. But by accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you agree to abide by their (third-party service provider) Terms and Conditions Dinesh academy shall not be liable for any service disruption caused by such third-party service providers.

21.Multi-user access is not granted. In case of the identification of such attempts from the user side, Dinesh academy has the right to block the user permanently.
